"Booking and Cancellation Policy"
Appointments valued at $100 or more require minimum "24 hour"notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. * A $50 cancellation fee will apply if you cancel without prior notice or fail to attend your appointment. * Late cancellations and no-shows prevent us from offering the appointment time to other clients and result in lost business opportunities. * We appreciate as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.
Eyelash Extension Refill Policy To ensure the quality and consistency of our work: * if Lashes have been done somewhere else, you need to show us first in person to decide whether they need a refill or a removal and a full set. * Standard lash refills are based on a normal appointment time of approximately 30–40 minutes. * If your refill requires significantly more time due to excessive lash loss or maintenance needs, additional charges may apply. * To qualify for a refill service, you must have at least 50% of your lash extensions remaining. * If less than 50% of the extensions remain, the appointment will be charged as a full set. * Any refill appointment booked more than 5 weeks after the previous appointment will automatically be charged as a full set.
Tinting, Henna & Body Waxing Policy Client safety is important to us. * We are happy to provide a patch test upon request before any tinting, henna, or waxing service. * If you have known allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or previous reactions, it is your responsibility to inform us before your appointment. * By proceeding without a patch test, you acknowledge that you are aware of any potential sensitivities. * Bold Browz cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions or sensitivities where a patch test was declined or where relevant information was not disclosed.
Cosmetic Tattoo Policy * A consultation appointment is required prior to booking any cosmetic tattoo procedure. * This allows us to assess suitability, discuss expectations, answer questions, and provide pre-treatment advice.
